We were very pleased with the service we received. Our downstairs AC stopped working as the temps were in the 90's. My husband got his name from a realtor he trusts. He called and we fully expected to wait for days. But, Mark, came that night, even after a full day of work. He arrived after 7PM. He had to get in our tiny crawlspace, but was able to find the problem. We had AC back within an hour. And the price was very fair. I was actually surprised it wasn't more!
